Sports Specific Training

An athlete working in a 1 on 1 or in a small group setting…will learn many times what they will learn, in the equivalent time, in a team, camp or larger group setting.

Every athlete is different…has different strengths and weaknesses. Every athlete learns differently. Personal training allows these needs to be addressed, learning to be maximized and a greater amount of improvement to take place.

The trainer is able to design a program that specifically addresses the need of the individual athlete. In a large group setting…trainers/coaches are often forced to use a blanket format, for all of the athletes, in order to deal with much larger numbers.

1 on 1 training offers the ultimate in individualized training. Small group training gives a less expensive option, while still maintaining a good degree of individualized instruction.

Athletes can not reach their full potential by just “playing” in the sport of their choice. They must develop their body in a way that will enable them to perform every action required in their sport, to the best of their ability.

WarriorOne Training teaches Sports Specific Technique, appropriate functional agility, coordination, speed, power, core strength, reaction time, flexability, conditioning and overall fitness. Proper training helps athletes perform at a much higher level.

1 Athlete/person $65 per Session
2 Athlete / person $40 each per Session (1hr 15 minutes)
3 Athletes/people $30 each per Session (1 hr 15 minutes)
4-5 Athletes/people $25 each per session (1hr 30 minutes)
6 Athletes/people $20 each per Session (1hr 30 minutes)
